Notifications & Reporting
Notifications regarding Dentally Pay are only received if something is wrong with the payment (rejected, cancelled etc.). Notifications will go to the practice owner, the patient’s dentist and whoever took the payment.
Clicking on the notification will take you to the patient’s record.
Dentally Pay has it’s own report which you can find under Financial in reporting section of Dentally. You can choose to see active or inactive mandates.
The report shows the following information:
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- Bank Name
Clicking on the account holder’s name will take you to the patient’s record.
