Recording the Details of a Phone Call

If someone in the practice has made or received a phone call with or about a patient, you can record the details of this in the patient’s correspondence.

In the correspondence tab, click New Correspondence and select New Call.

Recording a phone call

You can type a description of the phone conversation in the notes box and record who the call was with.

The number section allows to you manually make a note of the phone number in question, or numbers from the patient’s details can be selected if appropriate.

Finally, you can make a note of the call duration and state whether the call was incoming or outgoing from the practice.
