Setting the Practice Recalls
Settings Menu -> Recalls - You need an Administrative security level to view this menu
The practice recall settings allow you to set the default options for recalls for your dental practice.
For recalls to work they must be enable in the Practice Settings under the Recall tab. Here you are able to enable or disable recalls.
This is where you set the number of weeks in advances recalls are run. This is how long you have to get in contact with the patient and get them to book a recall appointment before their appointment is actually due.
Creating your Correspondence Templates
